The main focus for us was getting control of our purchases and being able to create and fulfill orders for our numerous cafes within Google EMEA headquarters, Dublin. Cloud9 removed the manual process for all transactions that we have to complete daily and automated all our back office transacting end to end.

As we process large volumes of transactions each day, the visibility, control and automation delivered by Cloud9 has proved invaluable. Already we have eliminated overcharging and duplicate invoices from our suppliers resulting in serious savings in time and money for our business. Yamamori

Yamamori Noodles was opened in late 1995, and is Dublin city’s first premier Japanese noodles restaurant. Yamamori Sushi followed in April of 2007, and more recently Yamamori have opened their exciting new Oriental Café and Izakaya bar.

One of the biggest challenges for us has always been the ordering, tracing and reconciling of goods between our restaurants and our numerous suppliers. Before Cloud9 we tried to manage this by a combination of e-mails, spreadsheets and accounting software. Add to this the endless dialogue and paper trails for all parties involved and you can see how complex and costly all this had become.

With Cloud9 what used to take 4-5 days a month, we can now reconcile in less than 4 hours, saving Yamamori a minimum of €2000 each month on this process alone.
